Hi Lisette here, and I'm very excited to be hosting this month’s mini challenge. By day, I work for a charity that trains people to set up healthy cooking clubs and to get people cooking good food from scratch. By night and at weekends I am a crafter. Actually, if the truth be told I spend A LOT of time outside those hours crafting in my head!
My first crafty endeavours were in the field of cake decorating before branching out into card making. Now I experiment with all types of crafting and my style is eclectic. I've been married for over thirty years and have two (sometimes) grown-up sons. All three men in my house are very good at putting up with my crafting mess! Last year I made the leap into blogging and have blogged every single day since. I was thrilled when Susan asked me to join the ABAC design team. To see more of my creations please visit my blog "MrsBeez".
I’ve always had a fascination for anything miniature and that is reflected in the theme I have chosen for this mini-challenge - “small is beautiful.” Inchies, twinchies, dominoes, ATCs, mini-books, little canvas, altered matchboxes or tins – pretty much anything goes for this, as long as it’s tiny! I’m going to say no bigger than the size of kitchen matchbox.
Here are some of the things I've been making
which I hope will inspire you:

First up is a little mini book. This is the size of a matchbox and is so simple to make. You can find all the details over on my blog.
These are just a couple of the inside pages:
Keeping with the Hallowe'en theme I've also made
a spooky twinchie and inchie...

And, just because I could, here are some
inchie trick or treat bags...

Finally, as "IT" is getting nearer and I love, love,
love Christmas! I thought I'd share a little altered
matchbox with a tiny scene inside.

I do hope you'll play along this week with the

and can't wait to see all your tiny projects.
